At Giordano Pakistan, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the merchandise is in its original condition, unworn, and with all brand tags and packaging intact.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Send the package back to our designated returns center using a traceable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via store credit or bank transfer within 7-10 business days.
